Terms & Conditions of sale and delivery

All sold articles are licensed official team products of the various football clubs and national teams, basketball teams, rugby, motors, cycling and more.
The company that runs is Rugiad srl, with its head office at VIA NAZIONALE, 251/B in ROME.
We are also present as a store in the high street of Rome in Via Nazionale, 251/B. The prices on the website and the store prices may not be the same prices.

All prices are expressed in Euro, VAT inclusive, in brackets you find the duty free price and its relative VAT. For purchases made with delivery outside the European Union, the item charged price will be its DUTY FREE value. These goods could be subject to local VAT and IMPORT duty, and these charges are to be paid by the client. Bank Transfer Payment: Detail of the account number to make the payment, will be sent to you with the confirmation mail of your order. Usually you will receive the mail 1 working day after placing the order.

For Italy we use GLS - delivery time between 1 and 2 working days - with the exception of remote areas where we use the local postal service, in these cases the delivery could take as long as 7 working days. For deliveries outside Italy we use DHL and delivery for the EU takes usually 1 to 2 working days, with the exception of remote areas, and for countries outside the EU the delivery could take between 2 and 7 working days.


1. All return claims must obtain an authorization number from for an eventual change of size or item.
2. All purchased items returned must be unused and in their original packaging complete of hanging tags, differently the claim is invalid.
3. Personalized items - any purchased item with numbers or names and/or name and numbers - will not be accepted for exchange.
4. Clients who return any purchased item are to send an email to within 10days from the date of receipt of the item, referring the order number of the purchased item to return.

6. Exchange of size or article are acceptable, but all expenses deriving from returning the purchased item and all the carriage costs paid (1st delivery), and that of the eventual 2nd delivery (for the exchanges) are to be entirely paid by the customer. N.B. Please note that goods returning from outside the EC (European Community) may be subject to return duties and return VAT (Value Added Tax), and, customers from these areas will be debited the eventual duties and taxes charged to
7. The exchange of an authorized returned purchased item will be made after having controlled its returned conditions and, charged the eventual expenses sustained as detailed in point 6.
8. The Exchange will be delivered following the payment of:
 - the charges as detailed in point 6, and,
 - the eventual difference of cost of the exchanged item. "
